Steer clear of this guy! Complete j*** and rude. His work is less than par and beyond unprofessional. Zero customer service and it is only his way not yours. Save your money and have Urban flooring do your project. Way more affordable and 10x more professional than this guy.

Refinished my 1952 wooden floor in the living room and did an excellent job. They had to match up flooring where a wall had been also and you can’t tell the difference. I would recommend this company to anyone refinishing their wood floors.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! First I had to settle with a stain color because he wouldn't match my picture I wanted my floors to look like. The HE DAMAGED my hardwood floor during refinishing process. I wasn't able to look at or walk on my floor for 1 week after he completed the project. Once I was able to inspect the project I notice a plank in one of the doorways was damaged. I tried contacting him to fix it on several occasions. After almost 4 months he finally came out to fix the issue. It looks worse now than it did before he “fixed†it. I tried contacting him after his “fix†was dry and I was able to inspect it. He says he won't do anything about it and he should be billing me for the repair even though he DAMAGED it. I am very disappointed in his business ethics. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
