One stop shop with Butler Heating and Air. Amazing customer service. They were on site within an hour of my phone call. Billy diagnosed my outside unit and had the parts on the truck to get me up and running promptly. Butler is my first call for any hvac problems!
Had the pleasure of working with this business. They took on my new AC install and talked me through everything. There were a lot of hiccups with finding parts that were compatible with my inside unit and I was kept constantly informed on the estimated date of installation. Needless to say they jumped through MANY hoops to make sure we were taken care of. If you’re looking for great people, phenomenal customer service and good prices this is the place. 5 ⭐️
I woke up one morning and found that the A/C was blowing warmish air and I also found it was leaking water, making quite the mess in an adjacent room with carpet. I knew who I was contacting first thing in the morning. I arrived at the office, spoke with Nancy and she immediately put me on the schedule for a service call at 3:00 that same day. Billy arrived early and by 3:35, he serviced my A/C unit and had me up and running in no time. Very friendly, very reasonable in costs and very efficient. These folks know their heating and air and will treat you like family.
