We first found Erica and knew from the start we’d make a great team. Her aesthetic and rapport is second to none. We instantly hit it off and she saw our vision - making it even better. And, she and her team were great communicators throughout the process. Helping us navigate the design process and through the unknowns. We love our basement and couldn’t have done it without them!

She connected us with some really great companies, and most importantly people, throughout the process.

MRM Home Improvement - Monty and Blake get things done! The work they facilitated was great and top quality. You can tell they have created great relationships in their business. Our sauna especially stands out where they found us a sauna company to meet our custom space needs and a great electrician to install. One of our favorite features in the basement. And, their installation oversight of a stone arch and wall ensured it turned out just how we wanted and makes a statement in the space.

Matt with Materia Custom Cabinetry creates works of art. In partnership with Erica, they designed our amazing custom media wall. And, the custom bar area cabinetry. Both are impactful spaces that have such attention to detail. Like the wood slat wall, tower cabinets and floating storage of the media space. And, in the bar area he custom built tiered shelving for liquor pull out drawers. We have a high attention to detail and appreciated Matt more than matching that.

We were so excited to create our dream basement and this team more than delivered. They brought our vision to life in a collaborative and timely manner. Would highly recommend!“

She created a partnership between the builder and subs which was invaluable.
