“When my husband and I set out to design the space that would be home to our endodontic practice opening in early 2020, we were clear on two things: 1. The purpose/mission of our business, and 2. The way we wanted people to feel from the moment they stepped through the front door. I can't say enough about Michelle and her ability to make a dream come true! She listened to understand, and was able, with integrity, honesty, and kindness to walk patiently with us step-by-step through the process. She designed a space that exceeded our expectations, all while navigating delays, unexpected changes, and our budget constraints. She is an ultimate professional and one of the kindest people you'll ever meet. So when we started into an expansion project of our practice space, it was an easy and obvious decision to ask Michelle to work with us again. And once again, she delivered exceptional results!! This time around was fraught with all kinds of problems and stresses from every other corner of the construction team, but Michelle patiently helped us to the finish line, and connected us with just the right people when we needed it! We love our space! Our staff loves the space! Our patients love the space! Communication is key in any project and MSC knocked it out of the park with consistent communication through every stage of our basement finish. The format they use for relaying information and daily expectations is very easy to understand for the customer. “I worked for almost 3 years with Sara Noble and her team on a new build in Loch Lloyd. This was the first time I had used a designer before we even broke ground. She created a partnership between the builder and subs which was invaluable. This process is very overwhelming from tile, cabinets, paint, lights, faucets, flooring etc. Sara and her team helped us distribute funds appropriately so that we were spending money on the things that were permanent and expensive to change.
