“When my husband and I set out to design the space that would be home to our endodontic practice opening in early 2020, we were clear on two things: 1. The purpose/mission of our business, and 2. The way we wanted people to feel from the moment they stepped through the front door. I can't say enough about Michelle and her ability to make a dream come true! She listened to understand, and was able, with integrity, honesty, and kindness to walk patiently with us step-by-step through the process. She designed a space that exceeded our expectations, all while navigating delays, unexpected changes, and our budget constraints. She is an ultimate professional and one of the kindest people you'll ever meet. So when we started into an expansion project of our practice space, it was an easy and obvious decision to ask Michelle to work with us again. And once again, she delivered exceptional results!! This time around was fraught with all kinds of problems and stresses from every other corner of the construction team, but Michelle patiently helped us to the finish line, and connected us with just the right people when we needed it! We love our space! Our staff loves the space! Our patients love the space! It is literally a daily experience that someone who's come into the practice for one reason or another comments on its beauty and relaxing/comforting atmosphere. (And plenty of people just take their own photos for inspo!) Five stars for Michelle Ford Design doesn't quite do it, but it's a good start!”
