Really pleased! We replaced almost 2000sq Ft of carpet and hardwood with LVP throughout. It was WAY faster than I was planning for. Everyone on the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Their recommendation for things that weren’t in the scope of their work were also very good and professional. There were some very minor concerns after the work was finished and Tyler had his team out there the next day to fix them, before ever mentioning final payment. I never felt rushed or pressured, they knew I was getting another bid and didn’t try to bad mouth any other competitors. Their price was in line w the other quotes I got. Tyler was very professional and knowledgeable. He and his staff checked in throughout the process. After the project was complete we received a very thoughtful and very much appreciated gift to help maintain our new floors. I would 100% recommend Tyler and anyone that Midwest Flooring recommends.

Last year Tyler put in our flooring. He did a nice job. But the seam in between the rooms cut our feet so we asked him to come out and fix it. He kept promising to come and then did not come. He wanted to be paid the final bill before they would come out and do the correction. We refused. They finally came and fixed it. This year in April. I called as two of the tiles buckled. They said it would be a quick fix and they’d be out in a couple days. They didn’t come and then said a week, then it was two weeks then it was three weeks. It’s now been two months always Tyler is very polite, but I’m not sure what to do here! I’d rather he say three months and then be here at the end of three months exactly on the day he said then to lead me on every time I talk to him. Is still not done
