Dr. John Cope is very kind and professional. My partial and bridge were done by him. I’m very satisfied. Some minor issues : 1. The billing system is not good enough. They combine my husband and my son’s bills, and send messages all the time, it makes me confuses. It also makes me not easy to claim my FSA
2. Hygienist are not as good as before, they clean my teeth not in order, and dumping around,, and I feel some teeth were not cleaned well

Dr. Susan Cope has been my dentist for over 35 years. She has identified my problem areas with precision. I was hit in the jaw line as an adult that left a series of molars cracked. Dr. Cope has stretched out the space as needed to replace all my molars over time. She is sensitive to the pain one may be feeling. She checks often to make sure I am feeling good before moving forward. She throughly discusses an action plan. I have had times when figuring out just where my pain is coming from has been tricky. The most professional and friendly dentist I’ve ever been to. I’ve been going to Dr. Susan Cope for more than 20 years and my whole extended family goes, too. Dr. Cope goes above and beyond for her patients.
