Club Pilates Prairie Village is a boutique Pilates studio that offers high-quality, life-changing training through reformer fusion classes. The studio specializes in the original Reformer-based Contrology Method, modernized with group practice and state-of-the-art equipment. The instructors are friendly and attentive, always ready to help and ensure proper form. Members have experienced significant physical changes, including increased flexibility, strengthened cores, and reduced back pain. The classes are always evolving, keeping them fresh, fun, and challenging. The studio is welcoming to beginners, with supportive staff who help adapt exercises for those with knee replacements, torn rotator cuffs, or arthritis, and even offer gentle Pilates classes. It is considered one of the best studios for those looking for a positive and effective workout experience.
The new double studio is awesome! The lobby area is spacious. Plenty of room to get ready before and after class. Love the lighting in the studio AND 2 bathrooms…whoop whoop! The private training room looks wonderful, can’t wait for a private lesson! Have now taken several private lessons and like it even more!
I love this Club Pilates so much! Everyone there is so welcoming and kind: the instructors, the front desk gals, the attendees. I have been very sedentary the last few years and I was still able to complete the classes and have noticed a HUGE improvement in my strength and mobility already (in just two months!). This is the first time in my life I look forward to working out. I’m so glad I found this club and have made it a part of my routine!
I have been doing pilates for several years. I recently moved to this area and love this studio. All of the instructors are awesome and they have a lot of class times to choose from. I couldn't be happier with this studio!
