This is the first martial arts school our seven-year-old tried and he loves it. Sensei Emily is great with the kiddos.The classes include martial arts training, but also help kids develop coordination, core strength, and problem solving.We definitely recommend signing up for the free course to see if your kiddo likes it.

i am so grateful for taking a free intro to Tai Chi class which got me to going to weekly group and private Tai Chi classes. Its has been a life changing experience for me. I have found new freedom of movement where its been painful and stuck for years. AMA in PV is a great place, clean and fun. My sensei is patient, extremely helpful and makes classes enjoyable and fun.

Sensei Emily is fantastic! We've seen such a confidence boost in our son since he's been a member, and he's always excited for each and every class. Fantastic dojo and people!
