Terrible experience. The lady was rude and unfriendly while doing my wife's nails. The manicure itself was rushed and poorly done, without any attention to detail. The lady is just plain rude. I had to hear about it the whole way home after picking my wife up. How hard is it to be friendly and kind when you are providing a manicure?

My experience here was exceptional. Very pleased with my pedicure and the way my old lady feet look today. Making the appointment was not difficult. It included a salt scrub and warm wax treatment as well as overall trimming and clipping. My next pedicure is already scheduled. Give Beth a try and I'm sure you will be pleased.

Booked a gifted manicure at The BeYouty Bar 2 weeks in advance only to be texted 11:13am to push my appointment back to 1:15pm. We were already on our way because we stayed 25 minutes from the place and we didn’t want to be late due to traffic. We weren’t the only ones left hanging… an elderly client had been waiting since 10:45 AM!
The response? Deflection and entitlement. Not even a name. Not even a “sorry.” 😒
As a business owner and active reviewer, here’s the truth: 📌 Emergencies happen but so does accountability. 📌 Policies should go both ways. 📌 A great experience is more than cute nails it’s how you’re treated.
Support businesses that value your time AND your peace. Which the individual that talked to us wasn’t friendly nor professional. If you read through the other reviews you will see what I mean!!!
No wonder all the reviews are terrible. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before I purchased my Groupon. The Lady who did my nails was very rude and unprofessional. She was short and I also felt kinda rushed. I had talked to someone about the time and day scheduled so I felt it was inconvient for her to get me in to have my nails done. I did not get my full service I paid for and had to come back 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I would not recommend.

Had difficulty scheduling and had to book weeks in advance only to have the owner cancel less than 30 minutes before the appointment to ‘help her son with something he needed for college’. When I tried to call back she wouldn’t answer. So unprofessional!

I had an expired Groupon worth $55. I made an appointment for a gel manicure. Upon arrival, the owner said that is the cost of a gel manicure, and there is a $15 polish removal fee. I agreed, but later that day after my appointment, I looked up the prices on the website. The price of a gel manicure was 45, and it states that includes removal of polish. She flat out lied to me about the price of the manicure, she added $10 to the price listed on her website. And if it had been a good manicure, I wouldn't even had cared. But it was horrible. I asked her to fix one nail before I left, and after getting home I realized that 2 nails were not fully polished, the side of the nails right next to the skin was missed. It was the worst manicure I've ever received. The only thing I can say positive about the experience is that she was friendly. I am so disappointed that I spent $75 with tip on such a bad manicure.

I have to echo what others are saying. She cancelled once for an emergency which I completely understand. Life happens. The second time I even texted her the day before and confirmed if we still had an appointment and she said yes. I thought great. And she didn’t even show up to our 11 am today. She did not even text to cancel.
Don’t waste your time on people that do not care is what I have been taught.

Update; after writing this review below, I get a txt from the lady that I have screen shot below. It’s almost laughable. Her cold demeanor (as written in reviews as far back from 4 yrs ago) is what stood out and see this is still a continuing issue.
I bought a Groupon and should have read the reviews also. After purchasing, I called to make an appointment and the lady I spoke to was not friendly. I still scheduled thinking maybe she having a stressful day and all will be good. I get a txt later on to reschedule my appointment, so I rescheduled. As I am walking out the door to my rescheduled appointment, she sends me another txt saying her car won’t start and needs to reschedule my appointment again. After reading the other reviews, I see this is a common problem and this is no more than a scam. Disappointed but this salon is going to be more disappointed seeing their ratings go down, being reported to the better business bureau and on Groupon.
