I wanted to share a pleasant experience I had with a young technician, Joey, who called upon us for pest control services. He should be training other people in customer care. We need more Joeys in this world.

Mike is a wonderful pest control specialist! He explains what he is spraying and what to expect from his visit. He asks what you are having trouble with before he begins so that he may address the situation as he begins. I feel secure in knowing that my home is protected from unwanted pests.
