Bill and I purchased a Willis home after looking at homes and builders for two years. We had worked with a non-profit home construction company in another state for years so we knew what to look for in a well constructed, safe, comfortable and energy efficient home. Willis was the only company that complied with all those points. We found them to be transparent and up-front with us at all times. They had a 2/10 warranty guarantee with their home and promptly addressed minor issues we had. We have been enjoying our home for 18 years now and still feel it is the best home in a great neighborhood surrounded by homes that were built by Willis Custom Homes.
