I have been privileged to train at Tiger Rock of Overland Park for many years. It is an open and inviting atmosphere for all levels of experience. My daughter started when she was only 6 years old completely of her own choice. After seeing her classes, I started with no experience and have loved every step of learning throughout my family’s time here. Would love to learn and train with more people from the Overland Park community.
Tiger Rock is a great place to learn self defense I am a 4th Degree Level 2 Black belt and I have loved Tiger rock I love the stuff it teaches u and the camaraderie.
