We had a great experience with Summit. We had a major repair done on our AC system, and everyone we interacted with was helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks to Matt, Manuel, and Sam for the repairs. They also did a lot to seal some leaks on our unit and leave it better than they found it.
I highly recommend Summit Heating and Cooling. We were having a problem with our air conditioning unit and I called Summit Heating and Cooling to schedule a service call. They were able to send a technician out THE SAME DAY! The technician - Chris Marshment - arrived around 5pm and stayed until after 8pm in order to resolve our issue. This was absolutely above and beyond!
We had never used Summit Heating and Cooling until today. Our service was excellent. Vernon was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He explained the services on each unit and gave an honest account of what was needed. Summit Heating and Cooling is our new service. It is also important to us to support local family businesses.
