Checked in online showed up on time the screen showed I was up next with 0 minute waiting time. then she skipped me and it pushed my wait time for someone else making my wait time 45 minutes. What’s the point of checking in online If you’re just gonna skip people?

Went in for a pretty simple haircut, 1 on the sides faded up to a short scissor cut on top. The woman cutting my hair was pretty new and normally that would be fine but the haircut was not very good. Lines were off, transition from short to long was choppy and it took aalmost an hour. Nobody came to help her, that may have been the worst part. I can deal with new and inexperienced as long as they have help of some sort. I could see the other stylists looking/watching but they offered no help or advice. I was very dissatisfied with the cut and will most likely not return to this location or sport clips at all.

Alyese was fantastic as always; this was the 3rd time she’s cut my hair in the past year and I’ve enjoy the results each time.

Alyese did a great job!!! I've been coming to see her for a few months now typically coming in every two weeks. I normally get a fade and this time I wanted to go shorter on the sides and she was able to switch it up mid cut. Shes always smiling, plenty to talk about, and looks to enjoy her line of work. Pay extra and go somewhere else or you’ll regret it. I gave this location two tries. Both times they butchered my hair. Hard pass.
