Colleen hosted myself and my friends and family for part of my bachelorette weekend. We did the restorative yoga class and my expectations were greatly exceeded. Colleen was very welcoming and made us all feel comfortable and relaxed. The process to book was very easy and her communication was great as well. We will definitely be back!
I was very fortunate to have found Seeking Solace and to have attended the restorative yoga classes. If you are stressed, if you work in a sedentary job, if you suffer from anxiety, I highly recommend attending a restorative yoga class at Seeking Solace with Colleen.
