After other clinics gave me vague instructions, Tim and Jess have both empowered me to understand how to take control of my continued health for the rest of my life. They truly care and are always on the cutting edge of research, never settling and finding the best ways to treat their patients. Highly recommend!!!

Reviews
Tim and Dennis were absolutely exceptional. There is no doubt that they extended my career as a pro strongman. I have been looking for physical therapy like this for about a decade and have never been able to find it. Luckily years and years of frustration worked out in the end. Very thankful for this place!
Dennis is an outstanding athletic trainer, and I can't recommend him highly enough. My son plays baseball, and we came to Dennis looking for a program to help him build strength and speed and take his game to the next level. He designed a training program specifically for baseball, focusing on the explosive strength and speed required by the sport. He also cares deeply about each athlete that he works with. Overall, I would highly recommend Restore Thrive to everyone!
