This is the 3rd time I have used Ratliff Enterprises to do work for me and by far the biggest project yet. We were on a crazy tight timeline due to the closing of our home and they responded and did everything they could to meet our timeline which they did successfully. Our new roof and gutters looked great. The communication throughout the project was great and I could not of ask anymore out of a contractor. I would highly recommend. I would also like to mention this is an owner operated company and I like working with companies where you have direct access to the owner who is onsite a lot and very available. The best contractor I have worked with in years.

The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and kept the property clean throughout the project. Communication was excellent and every question we had was answered quickly and clearly.
