They are exceptionally helpful and kind. They offer convenient 24-hour drop-off and pickup services. I was quite surprised that they were able to thoroughly clean my jacket, but they indeed succeeded.

I took two of my favorite shirts to the 95th and Antioch location. One had a little bit of blood on the back and the other had a large stain on the sleeve. They came back with the same stains and Jody the new manager put them through again. They came back with no stains. Jody saw it though and a little elbow grease was used. Thank you for your great customer service Jody!

The attendant was professional and courteous. I had an issue with the first cleaning. I return the garment and with no questions asked she received the garment to address my concerns and they did at no extra cost to me. I will be a repeated customer, if the LORD says the same.
