The studio features the newest tech equipment and props, including Pilates Reformer, Jump Board, and FitSprings, along with private sessions and infrared sauna therapy. I started taking Pilates classes here in January 2025. One of the things that sets this studio apart is the quality of the instruction. Every instructor gives incredibly clear cues on exactly where you should be feeling each movement and how to properly engage your muscles. I never feel confused about my form, and it’s helped me build a much better mind-body connection while getting stronger. The instruction is thoughtful, encouraging, and easy to follow, whether you’re a beginner or more experienced.
PBK studio is exceptional - nothing like chain Pilates studios. It’s small, client centered, with great attention to proper form and individual abilities. All the instructors are top notch. Kahley is such an inspiration with her personal transplant story and truly embodies the benefits of the Pilates method and the Ab Belt she developed.
I’ve had the gift of Kahley’s instruction for over 20 years. In those years I’ve strengthened my body and mind with the encouragement and precision that Kahley provides each one of her clients. She pushes you each session to strive for your best in the moment and truly change your body from the inside out!
When I travel I enjoy trying local studios in the areas I visit, not one studio has yet to come close to the precise instruction and peaceful studio energy that Kahley’s studio provides. The moment you walk in is a chance to go inward and let the worries of the world stay on the outside, even if just for an hour.
