My daughter and I saw Claire a few weeks ago and it was the best experience! She is very kind and really listens to what the customer wants! She made my 4 year old daughter feel like a princess as it was her first time getting her hair cut at a salon. Highly recommend!!

My first visit with Katie was wonderful! She was very kind and educated! She allowed me to feel comfortable and really relaxed as I enjoyed my custom facial. I love that she updated me throughout the appointment with what she was doing and why! Just enough information for me to understand the procedure with no surprises, but also allowing me to truly relax and enjoy. At the end of my experience, my skin looked & felt immaculate. I love how passionate Katie is about the skincare line she uses. I don't know much about it, but her passion for the product line (plus her skin appearance and how my skin looked after one session) excited me to purchase a skincare set for home-care! I can't wait to use the products in between my next appointment and to see Katie again! I pre-booked my next facial and looking forward to returning! Thank you, Katie!

I got my hair cut here by Claire!! She did an amazing job. She was super thorough and listened intently to everything I asked for. She didn't rush; she took her time to make sure it was exactly how I wanted it. My hair is super thick and wavy/curly and she knew what to do with it! I also wanted bangs which are hard to get right with the way my hair is parted etc, but she NAILED it. I love my haircut, thank you Claire!!! The salon was clean and had a good atmosphere and very professional. I will definitely be coming back in the future!!

Terrible haircut. I paid for the blow dry. She kept wetting my hair so she could blow it dry. I walked out with longer hair on the left and it was flat to my head with a ridge on top.

I came to Oliver's upon suggestion, and I will be making it my regular salon. My hair was in bad shape. With guidance from the most excellent consultant, I am on the way to repairing it. The last time I had such a great experience was 35 years ago!
