My experience with North Star Group (NSG) was exceptionally professional. From the start, NSG pushed hard to make sure my insurance company handled my claim promptly and efficiently. My representative, Thomas, kept me updated frequently and communicated clearly throughout the process. When he wasn’t available, Eric stepped in without missing a beat. I felt like I had a dedicated, experienced team fighting for me. I strongly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.
Great communication from my personal sales representative, automated text updates were great, quick scheduling and turnaround of the actual job in only one day! Crew was respectful and did a great job cleaning up. Highly recommend!!!
We had an excellent experience with Northstar group replacing our roof. Thomas Hutto explained everything clearly and followed through perfectly throughout the job. We even had Christmas lights on our house at the time, and the workers were careful to protect them. In fact when I went to take down our Christmas lights, I got a much closer look at the excellent workmanship they had with our roof. I can’t recommend them enough!
