Heard him on KMBZ advising no benefits for dependents over 17 for parents which is untrue. Parents still get $500 Other Dependent Credit which is better than the exemption most parents received before the TCJA when you account for most people's marginal tax rate being under 20%. Also, dependents, claimed or not, are not allowed a stimulus check.

I've been taking my taxes here for at least 10 years. They've done fine but cost too much. I realize that all CPA's are stressed out at this time of year but.... This year, I showed up to turn them in, and I was treated very poorly. I interfaced with at least 4 different people....no one ever greeted me or pretended they wanted to help. I was ushered into a conference room and told to wait. When the owner's son came in, no "hello" or other comment, he just started looking at my taxes and made several snarky comments.
