Kenneth and Nabatae showed up promptly and were both very professional while working on our air duct cleaning. They were so kind and engaging when they took the time to answer my little one’s questions about the work they were doing at the house.
Our 1920s house is heated by a steam boiler installed in 1987. Not every company still services old relics like ours, so we were lucky that Neal Harris sent us AJ Berwick and Ryan Leahy,who did our annual boiler inspection this morning. They were very professional, proficient in their work, and patient with my questions. Their inspection was critical because they discovered that our boiler’s heat exchanger was not functioning, and that there was some carbon monoxide leakage. We knew the boiler was on its last legs, but they brought the urgency of the situation to our attention. Needless to say, we are grateful for their work, and are glad to recommend them.
I recently had the pleasure of hiring Neal Harris for air duct cleaning, and I must say it was an exceptional experience.
