Updating my review after a recent visit: the customer service has clearly improved. The experience was much smoother, the staff were more attentive, and the overall atmosphere felt more professional. I appreciate that the team seems to have taken the feedback seriously and made noticeable changes. I hope this level of service continues. Based on my recent experience, I’m updating my rating to 5 stars.

I don’t remember her name, but it was the stylist with green in her hair. She did a great job in cutting my hair making it look very clean and sharp. She was very accommodating and showed no hesitation when I kept asking to go shorter until I was happy with the length. Shampooing was very therapeutic and refreshing. Overall had a great experience and will definitely come back to see her and then learn her name! Would definitely recommend her services! Thank you :)

Walked in with my son for the first time. We liked the vibe and atmosphere. The pricing and services were really reasonable, so I treated my son to a scalp massage. He loved it and loved his new haircut! We will definitely be back next month!
