I had such a great first experience at Kansas Dental Center. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. Every step of the process of my cleaning was thoroughly explained to me from start to finish by the kind hygienist that did my cleaning. Dr. Papinsick explained my treatment plan clearly and listened to my concerns, and Gina at the front desk was very helpful in getting me set up for my next visit and providing me a referral for wisdom teeth removal. Where do I start? Immaculately clean, decorated, chic interior. Very modern, modular design. I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist named Gina, and it was like we had known each other for years. Definitely put me at ease!
The hygienist was also very friendly, explained everything in detail, and made sure I was aware of what was being done. I have a veneer, and am always anxious about a dentist accidentally dislodging it/being unaware. She made sure to tell me she was aware of its location/status before any instruments went into my mouth, which also put me at ease!
