I’ve had lower back pain as long as I can remember. It got much worse within the past two years. I went to a chiropractor that completely destroyed my back I was never going to go again. However I was in so much pain I heard good things about Jess I figured I’d give her a try. It’s been a slow process, but she is helping my back tremendously! I am almost out of pain 🙌🏻 Dr. Jess is probably the kindest, sweetest, most compassionate person that I know! She listens to all of your concerns and takes the time to really get to know you. She has a holistic approach so it’s not just “adjust and then done”, she adds other things into the routine and gives helpful advice for your whole body. She has worked with me more than once on payment and has even seen me when I was in between insurances! I trust her wholeheartedly! Theresa and Dara at the front desk are so kind and sweet too!

I haven't been to Journey in almost two years and when I walked in the door Shirley greeted me by name, even after all this time. Dr Madi held my hand during the end of a difficult pregnancy and guided me with grace and love. Journey makes you feel at home, seen, and cared for. I have seen Dr Jess, Dr Madi and now Dr Haley, all of which provide phenomenal care. Journey isn’t just a crack, snap, pop chiropractor - they use gentle techniques and guide you through each part. You will be in great hands here.
