JMC was hired to replace batteries in 3 high ceiling smoke alarms we could not reach and also installed a new outlet in our basement.The electrician was very prompt, personable, and conscientious about bringing tall ladders into our home. We would use them again!

The communication was fantastic. From the first person I spoke with. Yes, it was a live person!! She connected me to the team that would be assisting me and to my actual technician. Communication was professional and timely.
Technician was prompt, listened to our needs, made recommendations. Took time to explain what was happening and why. Completed all repairs quickly.

Thanks, to the JMC electrician for identifying the cord issues to my home not having electricity. He found the hot water heater needed to be replaced, which my heating & air company that originally came out, didn't even check. The JMC technician even helped relay information to the responsible party to recommend an outside pole replacement that is also in need of attention. Great job overall and highly recommend.
