The year leading up to my first appointment with Sarah I suffered from frequent muscle spasms and constant back pain but since then I’ve had monthly appointments and zero back pain )that used to sideline me from the gym and other activities). Truly healing.
I’ve suffered whole-body muscle spasms at night for the past 6 years, often interrupting my sleep 3-8 times every night. The night after Sarah worked on my shoulder and back, I slept through the night with no interruptions. I have a smart watch that logs my sleep stages, and the lack of sleep”Awake” spikes was remarkable. 1st time in at least 6 years!
