Front Door Fitness is the PERFECT place to workout! I couldn’t recommend Hunter more as a trainer. He always makes sure his clients feel confident and comfortable throughout the workout. Everybody is always so warm, welcoming & willing to help out if I have any questions.

I've been working out with Emily for a couple of months now. Her energy is great at getting me going for morning workouts. She customizes the exercises based on my needs and lets me go at my own pace. She has me working out for the full time slot, no wasting time just jumping right in.I do virtual sessions and it's helped remove so many of the barriers/excuses I had for not working out. I'm in the comfort of my own home, use my own equipment, no worries if the weather is bad outside, no driving/transit time, no other people around!

I do Yoga with Emily and weight training with Austin. I had gotten away from exercise as I got older. Both trainer's recognize the difference between training young people vs older people. They are very patient and professional and train me within my limits and capability. I haven't trained with them very long but can feel a difference already. Would highly recommend both trainers.

Megan has been my trainer for 8-9 months. She began by listening to me and creating a personalized program that addresses my need to gain strength and better balance. I appreciate her knowledge and training style. She keeps encouraging and challenging me and I feel like I’ve made great strides in accomplishing my goals and gaining confidence. My husband and I worked with Kenny for around 6 months now. He customizes our workouts and is very patient with us. He corrects our posture and has been very helpful. Before going to Frontdoor Fitness I was in a bad shape and dreaded weights. After weight training with Kenny I am in a good position comparitively. There is a personal touch to the training. And he is entertaining.Front door fitness on 148th Metcalf has enough equipment to work on effective weight training. 100 percent recommend the facility.
