I highly recommend FCR. We worked with Cory, and he was always helpful and responsive. The carpentry team led by Shawn (and his crew) did a wonderful job. Their work was high quality. They were also knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone at FCR was great to work with —from the office staff to the onsite team.
FCR Roofing is definitely a 5 star company. When I filed the claim with my insurance company, the adjuster told me she has worked with them many times before and that I was in good hands. She was right! They worked closely with my insurance company and they communicated well with me to keep me up to speed during the process. If I ever had a question, I would text them and they responded right away. I am a project manager for multi-family construction and I used to build custom homes - so I know what to look for during installation. FCR was very helpful coordinating our roof, ceiling and gutters after the rainstorm and roof leak. They responded very quickly and were always available to answer questions, even on weekends and evenings. Their work crews were fast, did excellent work and were very polite. Very satisfied.
