This store is absolutely beautiful. Someone clearly works there making sure the merchandise is presented with style and grace. There are no clothes on the floor and everything is organized incredibly well. I would give five stars for the store alone, but the customer service needs a lot of love. In the women's section on floor one it is nearly impossible to find a sales associate. This afternoon I encountered a sales associate in the women's dress section that was rude beyond belief. I won't go into details but if I see her again at this Dillard's location I will walk the other way. Most sales team members are kind and helpful but I wish they were more plentiful and visible....read full review

I had the pleasure of shopping at Dillards women's wear about two weeks ago and had the most wonderful shopping experience. A lovely lady named Brodina and her counterpart Marica waited on me. They took their time, listened to my needs and found me the exact item I was looking for. It reminds me of the kind of service we received about 20 years ago it was so good!!! Thank you to these exceptional ladies who made my shopping experience a true pleasure. Terri

I don't know any women that enjoy bra shopping. And I was 2 years overdue. I walked into the Lingerie department and asked if they offered fittings. I was immediately swept off my feet and into a dressing room where Shaheen got right down to business, and had me sized within minutes. She then brought multiple options to try on. By the time I was done, in record time, I was happily leaving with my new purchases. The process was seem-less, quick, efficient, and pleasant. I can't thank Shaheen enough for turning a typically miserable chore into something painless.
