Patrick Phillips came to inspect our AC system, as part of our annual maintenance program, and replaced two older capacitors, one of which was LEAKING, on our VERY OLD system. Very pleasant and efficient gentleman to work with. When the time comes to replace the unit, and it will, I will be calling Dick Ray.
Had my AC serviced today. Dornell did an excellent job, topped up the freon level and gave me great advice about future work done under warranty. Since switching to Dick Ray's service plan, I continue to be impressed with the quality of their service. Highly recommend these guys.
SAM is great, in, out, and gets things done. Very friendly and professional service. Our home is 85 years old and Sam makes sure we are in great shape when it comes to the plumbing.
