Dan Horton of Dick Ray HVAC came out and performed the annual service on our A/C unit. Dan was very personable, yet professional. He explained what he was doing and what the results from testing meant. Highly recommend Dan Horton and Dick Ray HVAC! Extremely happy with the work performed!
I'm more familiar with Jeff although there were two guys and the other gentleman worked outdoors.
Jeff did a great job arriving on time and finishing at the estimated time of completion. They did a great job cleaning up and checking the system to make sure it's working properly. My experience with the whole company has been outstanding.
Dick Ray has been nothing but short of awesome. Extremely helpful and honest. Michael Walton was great. Can’t remember the name of the first tech that came out. But I showed Mike the problem, he scoped it out and took a look at what’s going on and let us know what the problem was and what the solution needs to be. I will continue to use Dick Ray for all my future plumbing issues!
