My teenage daughter came to Coach Amy with a nagging Achilles injury she had sustained during basketball season and was now impacting her softball season. Coach Amy related really well to my daughter and had her back on the field in no time! She has always spoken to her like an athlete and explained the “why” behind each exercise she gives her. Now that her injuries are taken care of, she’s just given my daughter exercises to do on her own, that will prevent future injuries and make her a stronger athlete all around.

Coach Amy has coached me and treated me through many races and ailments since 2016. She can generally keep me running through treatment and has gotten me through all my training injuries. (plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinitis, something shoulder related, etc.) Highly recommended!
