Kalen Barker with Bright Side Plumbing was such a lifesaver! I had an urgent plumbing issue, and luckily, he was in my neighborhood and was able to come help me. Awesome company to work with. Will use their services again
So far we have had a great experience with bright side plumbing. They were professional and kind on the phone. They have been very communicative about when their techs will arrive. When they got here, Kalen introduced himself and tried several free methods before trying things that would cost us. We poured hot water down the drain. Then he used the hose to try to jet it through, this would have cost $79 if it had worked. Eventually he had to send the scope down and we learned we have a broken pipe. Because he couldn’t fix it today, he didn’t charge us anything. He will be sending over estimates and I will update my review once everything is fixed.
