I had a bad situation turn out a whole lot better 2 days ago. My water heater had rusted out leaving water everywhere in my finished basement. I called Brightside and they sent me Nick. He was awesome! He explained all my choices, costs, etc. We agreed on a tankless heater and I also asked him to install a sump pump with a backup as mine was getting old and I needed peace of mind. He did the best job! The water heater looks great! He walked me through how it works as well as the sump pump. He was so nice and friendly and left the area so clean. I highly recommend Nick at Brightside. I will definitely use them again
I called Brightside because I had issues with a banging sound in my walls. I had Nick and Kalen come out and check the issue. They were great they were open and honest about there thoughts on the issues and the cost of repairs. I will definitely use them for all my future issues. Thanks for relieving my mind. Angela
