Bridge Fit did a great job working with me. As a runner, I needed to add cross training with resistance work to improve my strength and endurance. Jarod and team gave me an opportunity to learn a number of exercises to enhance my running performance and ensure I was using correct form to get the most from my workouts. Would recommend Bridge Fit to any of my fellow runners who need to mix in strength training to enhance their running performance and reduce the potential for injury.

I’m so glad I started training with BridgeFit. Before I began, I had honestly let my own health slide. Life and work were getting all my attention, and I just wasn’t taking care of myself the way I should.
Over the past couple of months, that has completely changed. The team at BridgeFit made getting started feel doable, not intimidating. They meet you where you are, encourage you, and keep you accountable in a positive way. I feel stronger, have more energy, and just feel better overall — physically and mentally.

There’s a lot of places who offer training and often times they know what they are doing. Bridgfit is different. They not only have the working head knowledge for each individuals needs but are a true family and a support for my ongoing health journey. Of course I wanted to feel better but definitely needed to physically see results in order for me to keep coming. Within 3 months both had happened. I keep coming for the trainers though. What’s better than an amazing workout with the genuine motivation from people who truly care?
