Bobby's cleaned my large area rug and two staircases. Excellent work, thorough cleaning. Richard was my technician and he was on time, friendly, courteous and hard working. I called and was promptly scheduled for the next week. The receptionist was friendly, honest and upfront. I would highly recommend using this service and will be calling again when I need more carpets cleaned. Thank you for a great job!

We found Bobby's through a Google search and arranged for them to come to clean a (significantly used!) sofa and chair we had purchased for our our daughter's college apartment. Rich arrived on time and worked for nearly two hours to get everything cleaned. It took longer than I expected - but the furniture was pretty dirty. When he was done, the furniture looked great and we were charged exactly the quoted price. Great job and we would recommend Bobby's and use them again.
