Francisco and his team at Best Roofing Kansas City helped me with my rental property in Kansas City after a hail storm. Since I live out of town, it was very important to work with a trusted local company. Francisco inspected the roof, confirmed the damage, guided me through the insurance claim process, and made improvements to ensure the roofing system performs properly. Best roofing provided poor service. We asked for black shingles and they brought out a black, grayish color and tried to install gutters that supposedly went with the wrong shingle color that was brought out, despite of our asking of black gutters as well. They over book roofing jobs and have poor communication. I would not recommend. However their roofing crew were amazing, it's the contractor's that aren't so great!
My apologies, I double checked my contract and it was a mixup. This message was intended for a different company in KC with a very similar name. Again, my apologies!
