In general, we had a good experience with our repair. They were very communicative about the status of the repair, and it was completed on time. Two comments I would make. I wish they would have ordered all the necessary parts before having us drop our car off. And our car spent a month outside in the sun, causing exposure in paint damage
really great experience, from an unfortunate accident. We received daily updates on where the car was in the process of repairs. And seamless transition from the rental car location to the body shop. Everyone was so great at B Street.
After a recent collision. my insurance company recommended your center. You did a great job of working with my insurance agent and informing me of all the steps in the repair process. You did an excellent job of repairs. My old Chevy looks as good as new.
