Okay but why did I go to The Loft one time and leave like I just made 3 new best friends 😂
The vibe in there is unmatched… like straight up barber shop energy. Everyone laughing, talking crap, just a good time the whole appointment. Didn’t feel awkward at all for a first visit, which says a lot.
And my nails?? I’m not over them. The sparkly pink is SO good and that silver accent nail is doing exactly what it’s supposed to do. Shape is perfect, super clean… just really, really well done. Toes came out just as cute.
Basically went in for nails and left with a full set + emotional support group. I’ll be back 💅

Savannah is amazing at facials & waxing! She is fun to talk to, very knowledgeable and can help you achieve perfect, glowing skin! Her price point is reasonable and worth every penny. Love her products and how amazing my skin looks when I walk out of her door! Highly recommend her :)

I had a great experience at The Loft and am so excited to have found a great nail salon here in Ottawa. I love that I can conveniently book online, and Lorraine was so accommodating to fit me and a friend in during the same time slot for a mani/pedi. The atmosphere was so comfortable and the staff so personable and welcoming. Plus my nails turned out great! Would highly recommend.

Amanda did my pedicure and eye brow wax.She gave me a great experience as a first time client while also being the first time i have ever gotten a pedicure .My toes look amazing and love the color options .Great communication and loved her .10/10 would recommend

Great little place with a relaxing atmosphere. The owner is super friendly and promotes a welcoming spirit. I highly recommend this establishment to all who need to feel a little pampered.
