First time using this Vet in December to have my dog Toby get his shots and get him scheduled to get neutered for January. He was neutered today. The staff is so friendly and Toby loved everyone. I can't say enough about Dr Rance Erwin. I love that Dr R Erwin called after Toby's surgery and explained everything and went over everything they did. If I could give more than 5 Stars I would. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great Vet! Thanks Dr Rance Erwin for taking good care of My Toby.

We had a unique case with our puppy we just adopted from Prairie Paws. Dr Irwin and her team were so thoughtful and thorough and worked with the shelter team, too, to insure our puppy, Gladys, got healthy again. We've had traumatic experiences with another vet clinic with our last 2 puppies and we really didn't want to go through something like that again. They were so kind and you could tell they really cared - not just about our Gladys but, also, for us & our family. Highly recommend this group!

The worst vet. Do not go here. Lancaster lacks any and ALL compassion and makes you feel like a fool. What a traumatizing experience after an already traumatizing situation. Absolutely will not be back.

Trent is soooo amazing this last Saturday my husband and kids had to bring our Mastiff Daisy in and she crossed the rainbow bridge and him and the whole staff was the best and very respectful and explained everything. We appreciate everything you did!

This is the best animal hospital we have ever been to! They treat our dogs like family. They are kind and very thorough. Our dogs willingly go in and hop on the scale. Two of our dogs have had complicated diseases and Dr. Lancaster has gone above and beyond to explain their treatment and also taken us in for emergencies. They are the best!!

I’ve just moved closeby & have brought 2 of my 5 dogs in. They’re so kind & compassionate. I’ll continue to bring my babies to them because they can be trusted. Also, always happy & positive. They are also careful in how they relay information to you that’s a sensitive topic, I can appreciate that.

Dr. Rance Edwin has been our go to guy, he doesn't rush us and he tries everything and gives us suggestions for at home. Dr. Rance will suggest to try a test or certain medecation, and he will tell us up front that those are the best for our pet, however very costly. He then gives us other chioces that we can afford. We would and do recommend these Vets and Hospital for any pet and their family.
