Holy Moly!! Bill's Septic is amazing! I called at 9:30 am. on a Monday, and the truck showed up at 11:15 am. to pump my septic tank. Polite. Efficient. True to their word and incredibly helpful. I can not recommend or thank them enough. In fact, we have asked them to do some updating to our system and feel safe knowing it will be done quickly and correctly.

They were supposed to be at the house by 9am, and we didn't hear from them. By 10:15, we called and asked where they were. They said they thought we were a 1:30 appointment. They got there TWO hours late, were there about 45 minutes, and charged us $425 for a septic pump. They did not even apologize for being two hours late - when I asked if the communication had been unclear on the time, they said "we have a lot of jobs. Didn't write this one down."No apology, no professionalism, and not worth the cost.

Our realtor used this company to repair some issues found during the county inspection. They charged us for parts and labor and never came out to repair. Very simple repairs, which included lids for the lateral lines and main tank. When we arrived for the final walkthrough we noticed the work had not been completed and contacted them. They told us they would not come out if we paid them a million dollars. Very unprofessional and stole our money without making any repairs, I do not believe they even came out to the house.Service: Sewer repair

I just bought a house in Osawatomie a month ago and have never had lived in a home that had a septic tank. Bill came out and drained my system during the closing process and then explained to me how everything worked. However, I can be forgetful and this morning after all the rain we received, I was leaving for work my and septic alarm was going off. In a panic I called Bill and he called me back within a couple of hours. He walked me through the process of opening the valves and getting it all drained out. Everything is back to normal now and I can't express how gratitude I have for him. I will continue to use Bill and his company moving forward!Service: Drain cleaning
