I’ve been coming to Zen for many years and have seen several different therapists. While I’ve always had good experiences, I recently decided to book with Michael after seeing all of the great reviews — and I’m so glad I did! He was hands down the best therapist I’ve worked with in the area.
Michael has a unique technique that he has clearly perfected over the years, and his experience really shows. I have ongoing issues with my back and shoulders, and he took the time to understand my problem areas, make sure I was comfortable, and really focus on stretching and relieving the tension where I needed it most.

Very good experience. Got a deep tissue massage from Michael who was very professional and knowledgeable. I feel way better after the massage, much better results than visiting a chiropractor.
Michael was my massage therapist today. I came in with a very swollen right knee and severe bursitis that started about 10 days ago. He brought great relief to my knee and whole body. He's definitely an expert at what he does. Highly recommend!!
