I knew we had issues..felt incredibly ashamed and bummed. We moved here after my dad's passing, so we were bummed.no idea just what we were getting ourselves into. Breakdown after breakdown, we would begrudgingly, HAVE to fix. Same with the wood rot. Ben came to the house, Told me what I didn't want to hear,(thought anyway!), and redid it ALL. OUR HOSE IS GREAT!!! Energy bill has already decreased, sounds outside are less noisy ,NO MORE ants!..that was always embarrassing👎. Dave and crew went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! Very prompt and priced well. They stand by their warranty. I had some work done in 2019 which included replacing windows. This year one of my big picture windows cracked and they replaced it no charge.
We found out that we had termites in our dining room bay area and Ben came out to assess the situation. Turns out the entire exterior walls were eaten away and the front porch and entry way had severe water and termite damage. The work extended far past what we originally thought, but Ben and his crew kept us informed the whole way and didn't proceed without a discussion. They replaced the framing, floor, front door, windows, trim, put up sheetrock, painted, and sealed the area air tight while also treating the new wood for termites and wood rot.
