Call center was unprofessional in getting getting someone out here original appointment was yesterday between 145 and 345 and it got canceled at 730 last night and moved to this morning.
And pricing has greatly increased from last year and that does not represent the serviceman that performed the work he did great but the overall cost is outrageous for a kitchen sink drain cleaning.“

“Competent ,knowledge but pricey. Tech was late to the appointment and had to come next day to finish the job. They charged three separate fees, service call fee, labor fee and diagnosis fee, which was little confusing. Their refrigerant rate was more than double then a competitor ( $ 210 per lbs for R-410) which substantially increased the cost of repair. The tech was knowledgeable and diagnose the issue/leak in evaporator coil, however would get second estimate from competitor to ensure being offered a fair price.“

“I can't thank Larson & Sons enough!!! We came home over the weekend of all day dirty, sweaty sports with the kids, to find a septic backup in our basement due to a clog! No one got to shower or flush that night! Yuck!!! In less than an hour of calling first thing in the morning, 2 young men showed up! They were SO nice and really knew what they were doing! I was embarrassed to have someone come snake our pikes and deal with our "yuck"! However, they were extremely professional! I also had them peek at a leaky toilet I had, since they were here.
