❌❌I was ripped off here today ❌❌
My car had been towed, and I arrived at the office at 4:52 PM; the moment the person there saw me, he started talking on his phone, got into his car, and drove off. When I called, I was told someone would be sent over. When the other person finally arrived, he just sat in his car until 5:26 PM, then told me he was adding a $65 surcharge because I was late and they close at 5:00 PM.
