Drug testing is quick and easy here. Wait is pretty normal for an urgent care. Went in a week or so ago but they couldn't help me since I needed an OBGYN, not their fault. Staff was nice.
From the time I walked in the office and was greeted by the lady behind the check in window, I was very impressed. The service throughout the physical was handled very smoothly, and professional. I would highly recommend Concentra for anyone wanting to take a DOT physical. This included the desk personnel, nurse practitioner and doctor.
I visited this clinic for an employer drug screening. I was a walk-in with no appointment. When I arrived the receptionist greeted me and seemed a little confused when I said I didn’t fill out any paperwork. I completed the forms on a tablet and then waited almost 30 minutes to be called and tested. The administrator was nice and explained the process. Afterward, I had a question about the NO THC notation on my screening order. He explained it means they will not be testing for THC. Perfect. My results were available almost immediately and I got the job. 4 stars for the wait.
