They have been so amazing with my 18 month old. He has had 2 haircuts now and we will continue to go there!

Taylor is the BEST! We’ve been a repeat client for a few years now and I won’t go anywhere else. Such a welcoming place and well equipped to handle both scared and excited kiddos. Taylor even gave our oldest two French braids after her haircut which made her entire day. Thank you!!!

We regularly go to Shear Madness and we always have a great experience. The staff is friendly, quick, good at their jobs and handling challenging kids with hair cuts.

If this is gonna be a business for kids, you should really respect the parents when they come in. I’ve been coming here since my son one and a half to get a haircut. Every time we come here his hair gets messed up every single time but today was the last straw that we will be coming back to this business. Your website says you do walk it don’t put on your website if you don’t take walk-ins the lady that was checking people had an attitude and it was very disrespectful to me and my son when we walked in she said oh we only accommodate walk-ins when we have time But don’t have an attitude. Don’t be disrespectful about it. It’s your website saying it. I will not be coming back to this business because every time we come in our children get messed up they don’t listen. They do what they want. I will be finding a different business to cut my children hair.

My son is beyond needing the cars and Paw Patrol, but we can’t find anyone else that does as good a job cutting little boys hair. We end up with a different stylist every time, but it doesn’t seem to matter. We’ve been super happy every time!

My husband and I went here for my 1 year old's first haircut. It was okay, the different vehicle chairs were fun and the stylist was very patient and gentle. They also cut my husband's hair and left a ton of long hairs on his neck that he had to shave later. I'm disappointed in the pay model which charges extra for moms which is why I didn't get my haircut. This also just generally made me feel uncomfortable as a nonbinary person that prefers masculine haircuts, this is of course corporates fault and not necessarily this particular chain.

I showed them a picture for my oldest of what I want done or close to. They went short everywhere! We wanted to keep her hair right at her shoulders and they brought it to her chin. We wanted her bangs right above the eyes, and they took it to mid forehead. My husband and I did not like the unevenness.
My youngest had the worst uneven cut I have seen ever. She was very scared the whole time and the lady that I had wasn’t gentle the whole time she was cutting/brushing. Not trying to help calm her down. I’m still slowly trying to fix it up over time before we leave for vacation. The fact I spent over $40 for the worst hair cuts I have seen is ridiculous. I will not be returning. I do not want to pay that much if I have to fix it myself afterwards.

Been here a few times, and never had much of an issue. But when we went I today, the stylist did not listen to me at all. I asked for a simple trim, just to get the hair our of his eyes, trimmed around his ears, and cleaned up a touch in the back. Instead she cut off an inch of hair. When she asked how I felt about the length of his hair, I told her it was shorter than I asked for. She said okay, and proceeded to cut it just as short. His hair was an even length all around, and she gave him a high and tight style haircut, again not what I asked for. My son lost his mind when she tried to use the clippers. And instead of pivoting and doing a different technique, the stylist asked me to hold him still. I was clearly not strong enough to do this, and mentioned that but she didn't seem to pay attention. By the end of the appointment, his hair was shorter than I asked for, it is uneven, spots were missed, and him and I were drained emotionally. I felt like the stylist was just going through the motions. The entire experience turned me off from returning.
