Appreciated rooter rooter immediate response to my sewer issues. Tech Dakota was professional, kind, and very concerned to the issues here. This is the first time using this company , and would highly recommend them to anyone needing service.
Our technician, Skyler, was awesome! Very knowledgeable and made the entire experience great! He was a HUGE help, communicated a clear plan and got our water heater up and running quickly. Will definitely use him in the future!
Had a backup in the basement, roto rooter was out within an hour of our call. situations like these are never expected and can be very stressful and embarrassing.That being said I felt like my tech Dakoda went above and beyond trying to make the situation as comfortable as it could be for me given the circumstances.White glove service is few and far between nowadays and I feel like they took the extra initiative to be personable, professional and friendly and its appreciated.
