I’ve been taking my dog here for heart worm treatment since it’s where the rescue covers and she tested positive before I adopted her. I dreaded going there each time. Rather than pick up my small dog to bring her back, they dragged across the floor by the leash. They took blood from her leg and when they brought her back out, it was still dribbling down it. I asked for a bandage or something to prevent her from licking it and they rolled their eyes. Multiple times, they barely explained the next steps in the process, didn’t initiate scheduling a follow-up, gave me incorrect next steps or incorrect information from her file (as in they clearly didn’t read it). The main woman at the front desk was often rude, sarcastic, and intimidating. It was even worse overhearing her talk to people on the phone. And this last time, the whole place smelled terrible, like it hadn’t been cleaned. I realize it’s a vet so there’s going to be an animal smell, but having used other vets (and even having been to this one previously), it was overwhelming and sickening. When I ask for her latest medical records, they act like I’m asking them for a huge favor.
I’m thankful they helped my girl, but I’m also incredibly glad I never have to go back.

I went here to get shots for my two dogs. Repeatedly said I just wanted to get them shots. It ended up costing $462. Never going here again and I hope I save the next person

Ridgeview Animal Hospital took my kitty in when Urgent Vet wouldn’t or couldn’t because I was not able to or willing to pay $5000-$7000 for an obstruction surgery. The first thing I received at Ridgeview was a tender welcome and understand ear. They took me in at a time I was most desperate! They have the best bedside manner - Dr Beth was so nice and caring to me! Unfortunately for me, my kitty passed during the surgery, most likely because so much time had gone by messing with other urgent care places before finding Ridgeview. Not only did they package my kitty up with care to take home to bury, but they offered condolences, a big warm hug, a shoulder to cry on and charged an incredible small fee compared to Urgent Vet. Urgent Vet was referred to me by my vet but as of today, I am switching all my animals to Ridgeview! I am so impressed by not only their care but their prices too! And they told me they care about the pets and people first- not the money! Thank you Ridgeview!

Worst experience I’ve ever had with animal care. Came in to get something prescribed for my cats who’s showing obvious symptoms of a uti. We were treated horribly. Lady by the name of Gaby who “helped us” back showed absolutely no interest or sympathy in what I was trying to tell her. If you’re going to spent hundreds of dollars on good care for your pets don’t let it be with them. They don’t care.

Phenomenal, caring doctors & staff. They care very much for the animals that enter the clinic. Every person there is a calming, knowledgeable person & they're quite good at providing a laugh when you need a smile. Definitely recommend!!

I used Dr. Stewart many years ago for the care of my pets! I called a week or so to set up a new appointment for my new little girl. The first girl that helped me was kind and helpful and left a good impression. I had to call to move my appointment and spoke to another woman! She was short, rude and impatient. I am canceling our appointment and seeking help elsewhere!!
